If you are unsure about sizing, styles or colours, sample orders can be placed directly through our Team Order Portal. Contact our team first to organise your sample order.
Once sizes and colours are confirmed with your team, you can return your sample order within 30 days, and the total will be credited to your final order.
DO YOU OFFER LOGO EMBROIDERY FOR TEAM ORDERS?
We certainly do!
Logos are $8 per garment (can be pants or tops).
- For orders under 10 tops = $30 digitisation fee (once off) + $8 per logo per garment

For orders over 10 tops = digitisation fee is waived + $8 per logo per garment

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR TEAM ORDERS?
If the stock is on hand, your team order will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
Orders with embroidered items will take up to 20 business days to ship.

WHAT IS THE RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY FOR TEAM ORDERS?
In additional to our standard Returns Policy, the below applies to all Team Orders:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

All returns must be unworn and in its original packaging.

We will not action any return request if the item has been worn or damaged. (Excluding trying on the garments)

All embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned.
If there is any faulty item or incorrect embroidery, please contact us and our team will assist you.

Team Orders are currently only available to Australian and New Zealand customers.
